Terms of return (i.e. number of days). Customers will have 7 days from the original date of delivery to return products for a full cash refund. After the 7 days have passed, returns will only be accepted for coupons or an exact replacement product.

In order to qualify for a return, the product has to have been damaged upon purchase or arrival (i.e. damaged in transit or a defective product), the wrong product, or missing some of the items in the item description. The item must be in the same condition you received it in to be eligible for a return.

You can initiate contact via email: goodlowgames@gmail.com, our contact page, the chatbox feature on our website, or slide into our social media DMs. We will ask you to provide some photo evidence of the condition of the product and continue from there.
Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details). Once you've contacted us, we will collect all of the information about your return. Within 7 days of the delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund. After the first 7 days, you are now only eligible for a coupon or a replacement product. 30 days is the maximum time limit for any return. No returns, coupons, or refunds will be provided after 30 days have passed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
